Goats in Jamaica, wild and free, Roaming the hills with such glee. Their coats of white and black and brown, Blending in with the lush green crown.

In the morning light they graze, On the lush green grass and leaves for days. Their cloven hooves leave prints in the ground, As they move around and around.

With their big eyes and nimble legs, They climb the steepest hill sides mountain pegs. Their beards and ears sway in the breeze, As they find their way through the trees.

The goats of Jamaica, strong and bold, Living life with stories untold. Their bleats echo through the valleys and streets, As they wander, free and aimless.

But they are not alone in their quest, For they live among the island’s best. Lizards climbing on the branches high, Birds sing sweetly in the sky.

Goats in Jamaica, wild and free, A part of the island’s majesty. Their presence adds to the natural charm, A symbol of the island’s unspoiled calm.
